and7.3.2 the costs incurred by the Seller incidental to the resale.7.4 If the Buyer fails to remove any Lot by the Clearance Date and Time specified:-7.4.1 the Seller may remove the Lot from the Location and leave it outside at the Buyers risk in all respects;7.4.2 the Seller may charge the Buyer for the reasonable costs of storage;7.4.3 the Seller may charge the Buyer rent, taxes, men`s wages and expenses incurred as a result of the Lot(s) remaining at the Location; and7.4.4 the Buyer shall indemnify the Seller against any loss, damages, expenses, claims or liabilities incurred by the Seller arising from the Buyers failure to remove the Lot from the Location.
